Prof. Dr. Somrerk Chandraamporn, Vice President for Research and Information Technology Development Chaired the meeting (Kick off) to drive the Agricultural Technology and Innovation Center (AIC) along with Asst. Prof. Dr. Peeraphong Pornwongthong, Deputy Dean for Research and Development. Faculty of Applied Sciences King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB) revealed that the university is the educational agent carrying out projects in the area. To join in driving the Agricultural Technology and Innovation Center (Agritech and Innovation Center: AIC) 2020 of Nonthaburi Province.
On June 1, 2020, it was a meeting C Level Executive List using the Zoom application that officially opened the center and held the first meeting (kick off) at the main conference room, 9th floor, Science and Technology Research Office Building, KMUTNB. Government agencies (Government agencies and universities) and the private sector are partners in the network working with Nonthaburi Province. There are only divisions and offices in the Bangkok campus. KMUTNB Prachinburi Campus will be the AIC Prachinburi Center, while KMUTNB Rayong Campus will be the AIC Rayong Center. KMUTNB is ready to work with the government and farmers. The idea is to link KMUTNB's IOT innovation research with agriculture in large plots. or further development of agriculture which is an outstanding product of Nonthaburi Province Including preparing a Business Plan and linking E-commerce, it will be carried out according to modern agricultural practices.

Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives and related government officials Including representatives from universities/educational institutions from 77 provinces across the country. It is the driving force of modern agriculture according to the Thailand 4.0 policy, which is the application of technology, innovation and wisdom in the development of agricultural products. \
