Feel there is room for both speech types. I love going to meetings where both men and women are present. I love the verbal execution of men and the visual speech of women. When I think back to a recent meeting with both genders I know I was setting gender roles but can say that I loved how they laid out on the table. But I do find that men seem less willing to listen to what I have to say as a woman in the health and wellness space than women. Equality doesn't seem to me like Venus trying to emulate Mars.
